SCOREY Notary & Tabellion Publique dwelling in London and in ye presence of Wittnesses appeared JAMES CARY of London aforesd Merchant & ANN MALLORY of London Widdow & Extrx. of ye Last Will and Testament of RALPH MALLORY late of London Merchant deced and have made Captn. JOHN PURVIS Commander of ye Ship LOYAL EFFINGHAM now bound for Virginia their true & lawfull Attorney giveing unto him full power to recover and receive from ANN CARY the Widdow of OSWALD CARY late of Virginia aforesd Planter & all and every such other person whom it of right doth concern in Virginia all sums of moneys debts goods Tobaccos Merchandizes as ye sd Oswald Gary dyed indebted & accomptahle for to ye sd James Cary the Widoow Mallory to doe all & whatsoever ye said Constituant themselves might doe personnally. !Dec 1703: The will of "Randle" Seager, was dated Dec. 1703?. His legatees were wife Ann, daughters Winifred and Catherine Seager, sons John, William and Oliver; refers to "My father Jones", deceased, and mentions Humphrey Jones. He owned a plantation called "Jamaica" and other lands.
